The bouquet I purchased far exceeded my expectation! It was even more beautiful than your display and my Aunt loved it! When I called to check about delivery status, the voice on the other end was friendly and warm and assured me the flowers were out for delivery and that I would receive a confirmation email upon delivery. All happened as explained by your employee. I will definitely use Florian for all my floral needs going forward! Thank you for making us all happy! Your customer service is exemplary!
