They didn't have the flower arrangement that I chose on the internet but all I cared about was a beautiful arrangement arriving to my birthday girl . The lady called me and she just seems so sweet and kind , and so appreciative that I didn't mind it was not the same arrangement . My friend absolutely loved the bouquet ! And best of all it cheered her up from the depressing events happening in Venezuela which is her home country.. Great service!!! Thank you for making it all possible! I know it was a hard delivery for being closed for 4th of July

This might be the first time a floral arrangement has exceeded my expectations! It appeared to have been prepared with that little extra something that makes it really touch a person's heart. Florian will be my go to florist in Prescott from here on! Thank you Florian!
