I placed an order for delivery when will it be delivered?

All deliveries leave our shop after 1pm and are delivered before 6pm. Depending on our workload during major holidays or extenuating circumstances we will deliver up until 8pm.


How do I know my flowers were delivered?

When you placed your order whether online or by phone, if you gave us your email address, you will receive a delivery confirmation email once we mark it delivered in our system. The timestamp on your email doesn’t necessarily indicate the time it was delivered.


Do you offer Same Day Delivery?

We welcome your phone call and will try our best to accommodate a Same Day Delivery request.

Can I add a note to my floral arrangement for delivery?

Yes! Our floral notecards are handwritten. Please keep greeting to three lines of text within business card size.


Do you deliver flowers from Anonymous Senders?

Sorry, we do not send flowers from "secret admirers" or "anonymous". Flowers can be used as an intimidation tactic. We believe a recipient has the right to know who the sender is.


Do you ship out of state, overseas, or to P.O. boxes?

We do not ship any of our products anywhere. They are hand delivered within our delivery region.


Do you sell my information?

No, we do not sell your information whatsoever. Any information you give to us is kept strictly for our use only. We are careful not to overextend our welcome with your information.
