Aileen Casillas
Aileen Casillas combines creativity and discipline in equal measure. With a background in floral, clay, and graphic design—as well as experience in administration, management, and fire and emergency services—she brings a uniquely versatile perspective to her work. Her floral career began as an assistant and grew into a professional designer role across California, Illinois, and Arizona. A graduate of the Floral Design Institute (2007), she also holds certifications as a Firefighter I/II and EMT, along with an A.A.S. in Fire Science from Yavapai College. Aileen’s work has earned her recognition in Prescott Woman Magazine, Yavapai College’s 2019 Alumni of the Year award, and the honor of serving as a Rose Parade Florist for the Tournament of Roses from 2020–2023.

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at florianfloral.com or by phone at (928) 778-2755 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards or cash.
How do I know my flowers were delivered?
When you placed your order whether online or by phone, if you gave us your email address, you will receive a delivery confirmation email once we mark it delivered in our system. The timestamp on your email doesn’t necessarily indicate the time it was delivered.
I placed an order for delivery when will it be delivered?
All deliveries leave our shop after 1pm and are delivered before 6pm. Depending on our workload during major holidays or extenuating circumstances we will deliver up until 8pm.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe spot and we contact the recipient to let them know flowers are delivered. Be sure to give us the recipient's phone number when placing your order.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Prescott?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey, Mayer, Chino Valley and more. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
